Share Photos With The Kodak Gallery
The Kodak gallery is an easy to use website that allows you to share lots of photos with friends and family.
Once uploaded you can email your friends with links to your photos inviting your friends and family to view them and also leave comments for everyone to see.
This works very well and my family all managed to see the photos with little fuss.
Creating your free Kodak gallery account
- Visit the Kodak gallery website
- Enter your name and email - you can also enter your mobile phone number to download photos from this too
- Agree to the terms and conditions, press enter and you are a member!
Uploading photos to the Kodak gallery
- Following sign up you are presented with a screen that asks you to choose an exisiting album or add a new one
- Select your preference and continue to the upload pictures screen
- You are now offered two choices. You can either upload photos one by one or download the browser plugin that lets you upload photos in bulk. It quickly becomes apparent that, unless you only have up to five photos to upload, you will always prefer the bulk upload route, just set it and come back when it is done
Other notes on the Kodak gallery
- All photos must be in jpg format
- Make sure your pictures are correctly oriented before upload as there is no facility for moving portrait to landscape or vice versa
- You can add a caption/title to each photo
- The best way to view your photos is to use the slide show facility
- You need to make at least one purchase in any one year to keep your account open - this is truly a very minimal cost
- Your photos can be printed onto mugs and greeting cards as well as ordinary prints and albums
